四川芽菜历史悠久、营养丰富,具有广阔的市场前景。文章介绍了四川芽菜的历史和分类,并从其加工工艺和管理现状着手,分析了其发展过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决办法,论述了四川芽菜的发展趋势。
Sichuan Yacai have a long history and are rich in nutrient, with good market prospects. In this paper, the history and the classification were introduced, from processing and management status quo to start with an analysis of its development problems, the corresponding solutions, discusses the trend of Siehuan Yacai.
