摘要
用桑叶浸膏胶囊制剂，以每人５．４ｇ／ｄ，１个月为一疗程的方法治疗乳糜尿５３例，经６个疗程治疗后，乳糜尿消失５２例（９８．１１％），好转１例（１．８９％），有效率为１００％。疗毕１年后随访并尿检５２例，未发现复发病例。结果表明该药是治疗乳糜尿的有效药物。
Fifty-three cases of chyluria were treated with extract from mulberry leaf in
cap-sules orally , at the dosage of 5.4 grams daily ,one month as a treatment course. After 6
treat-ment courses(6 months), chyluria disappeared in 52 cases(98.11%) , and remaining one
casegot much better,with the total effective rate of 100%. Follow-up surveys one year after
com-pletion of treatment found no cases reocurred. The result demonstrated that the capsule is
one ofthe most effective drugs available for the treatment of chyluria.
