摘要 1978年美国Gruileminault首次提出阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（obstructive sleep apnea syn-drome,OSAS）概念,现更名为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（obstructive sleep apnea hypopneasyndrome,OSAHS）。
