摘要
目的:研究浏阳花炮工人的心理安全感状况及其影响因素。方法:用马斯洛的《安全感—不安全感量表》和自编的《烟花爆竹生产企业安全评价量表》对浏阳花炮工人的安全感状况和烟花爆竹企业的生产安全性进行测试和分析。结果:(1)花炮工人整体安全感问卷得分很高,具有严重不安全感,年龄是影响浏阳花炮工人心理安全感的因素。(2)浏阳花炮工人对烟花爆竹生产企业安全评价得分较低,对企业生产的安全性评价较高,性别和年龄是工人对生产企业安全性评价的影响因素。(3)浏阳花炮工人心理安全感与其对生产企业生产安全性的评价具有线性关系。(4)自行编制的评价量表中有十个因子的得分与总分相关显著,量表效度较好。
Objective： To study the situation of Liuyang Fireworks workers’ sense of security and the impact factors. Methods ：Apply Maslow＇s ＂sense of security - insecurity scale＂ and the ＂fireworks safety rating scale manufacturing enterprises＂ which achieved by myself to test and analyse Liuyang fireworkers’ sense of security and the safety of fireworks production 。 Results： （1）the overall fireworks workers have high questionnaire scores, Age is the factor which impact the Liuyang Fireworks workers’ sense of security （2） Liuyang fireworks production workers on the evaluation of enterprise security with lower scores on the safety of production and a higher rating, they believe that is a safe production. Gender and age of workers is factors impact the evaluate of security of manufacturing enterprises （3） Liuyang Fireworks workers’ sense of security is significant related with evaluation of the safety ,they have a linear relationship （4） In the eleven factors in addition to rating scale scores and the total are not significant related, the other ten factor scores and total scores were significantly related ,so the self-evaluation questionnaire has high validity.
