摘要
叙述了水资源论证工作是建设项目取水许可审批的技术性依据,也是保证水资源可持续利用基础性的工作,指出,水资源论证工作涉及的范围比较广,是1项多专业交叉的工作,要想实现水资源的可持续利用,就必须做好水资源的论证工作,提出,进行水资源论证工作的建议。
Water proof construction project work is the technical basis for approval of water permits;it is also a basic task to ensure the sustainable using of water resources.The scope of Water proof is broad,and it is a multi-disciplinary cross-work.Therefore,in order to achieve the sustainable using of water resources,Proof of Water Resources must be doing well.This article will demonstrate the current problems exist in Water Resources,and discussed how to establish a scientific evaluation system roundly.
