摘要
采用OPC技术运用澄清模拟实验装置建立糖厂工业澄清工艺pH值控制系统,实现MAT-LAB与力控监控软件实时信息的共享与数据交互;在Simulink中实现控制算法的模块化设计和快速调整算法策略。并以模糊PID算法为例,验证了该控制系统的可行性。
Making use of OPC interface technology and clarification simulation experimental device,the pH control system which boasting of strong function expansion was presented for sugar clarification process to share information and exchange data real time between MATLAB and intelligent monitoring software (Force Control), and to realize the modular control algorithm and rapid adjustment algorithm via Simulink;taking fuzzy PID as an example ,the system feasibility in controlling pH value and improving accuracy was verified.
