摘要
针对酸碱中和过程的本身强非线性的特点,该文从酸碱离子的反应式入手介绍了一种四式模型(Four-Formu la-M ode l)作为pH过程的机理模型。接着推导出此模型的逆模型,并将得到的逆模型作为控制器对连续搅拌反应釜对象进行pH控制。用M atlab进行仿真研究,结果表明此方案对强酸强碱过程有很好的跟踪控制效果,并且具有快的响应速度和较强的抗干扰能力。最后比较了逆模型控制和反S变换控制,逆模型控制有更好的效果,可以很好控制酸性到弱酸和碱性到弱碱的情况。
Aiming at the inherent strong nonlinearity of the acid - base neutralization process, a mechanism model of the pH process—Four - Formula - Model is presented from the equation of acid ion and alkali ion, and then its inverse model is deduced. Then this inverse model is taken as the controller to control pH value of Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR). The scheme is tested by Matlab on strong acid - base neutralization; a good follow - up effect, enhanced response speed and good robustness are showed by simulation results. At last, compared with anti - S transform control, the inverse control has a better effect on the process changing from strong acid to weak acid or from strong base to weak base.
