摘要
目的对育龄期已婚妇女的生殖健康状况进行调查,旨在为妇女常见病、多发病的治疗与预防提供一定的指导依据。方法选择2008年1月～2010年1月来我院进行正常体检的1 568例育龄期已婚妇女的资料进行调查分析。结果 1 568例育龄期已婚妇女中患妇科疾病的共1 000例,占63.78%。其中≤30岁118例,≤11.8%,31～40岁500例,占50.0%.41～50岁382例,占38.2%。子宫肌瘤182例,占18.2%;乳腺疾病176例,占17.6%;阴道炎286例,占28.6%;卵巢肿瘤18例,占1.8%。不同年龄段各种疾病发病率均具有一定的高发率。结论开展有针对性地妇科常见病的健康教育,对预防和控制常见病、多发病的发生与发展及生殖健康均具有积极的促进作用,进一步全面提高妇女的生活质量,降低生殖道感染率,促进已婚妇女的生殖健康。

Conclusion To carry out targeted common gynecological diseases, health education, prevention and control of common disease occurrence and development and reproductive health have a positive role in promoting and further improve the overall quality of life of women, lower genital tract infection promote married women＇s reproductive health.
