摘要
[目的]为了解大连市超市购物用具污染状况,为制订超市购物用具卫生管理法规以及超市购物用具消毒制度和标准提供科学依据。[方法]抽取大连市比较大型的10家超市的购物篮及推车各5件,对其细菌总数、大肠菌群、真菌的污染状况进行检测。[结果]合计检测样品542份,合格249份,合格率为45.94%。样品合格率,2009年为64.88%,2010年为77.00%(P<0.05);2009年各指标合格率,细菌总数为59.76%,大肠菌群为95.73%,真菌菌落数为84.62%;2010年各指标合格率,细菌总数为75.50%,大肠菌群为97.50%,真菌菌落数为85.00%。[结论]大连市超市购物车(篮)均有不同程度的污染。
[Objective]To understand the hygiene of shopping appliances in supermarkets in Dalian city,so as to supply the basis for enacting hygiene and management regulation and disinfection measures for supermarkets.[Methods]Random sampling methods were taken in 10 large-scale supermarkets in Dalian city during 2009-2010,5 shopping carts and baskets were investigated,and the total bacterial count,coli group and fungal were detected.[Results]A total of 542 samples were tested,249 were qualified,the qualified rate was 45.94%.The qualified rate of samples was 64.88% and 77.00% respectively in 2009 and 2010（P0.05）.The qualified rate of the totalcolony and the coli group and the fungal was 59.76%,95.73% and 84.62% respectively in 2009,the qualified rate of the total colony and the coli group and the fungal was 75.50%,95.70% and 85.00% respectively in 2010.[Conclusion]Dalian supermarket shopping carts（baskets） have been contaminated in varying degrees.
