摘要
针对一种微小机械零件图像测量系统的实现,提出了设计方案并对其中的关键技术进行了介绍;在硬件选型中,对工业摄像机及镜头、光源和照明系统、以及运动控制部分等核心硬件的选型进行了介绍;在软件编写过程中,对本系统中上位机驱动编写、摄像机自动聚焦、摄像机标定及目标识别和检测等关键技术做了介绍;最后,对本系统进行了实验验证,验证结果表明,该系统设计方案可以满足微小零件参数测量实际应用需要,且系统重复测量精度最高可达到0.1像素。
According to the requirement of image measurement system for mechanical parts,the design and key technologies are introduced.During selection of hardware for this system,the industrial camera、lenses、lighting source and lighting system are introduced.During software programming,PC drive、camera auto-focus progress、camera calibration、target identification and detection key technologies are introduced.At last,on the basis of experiment and analysis,the system design is proved successful in use,and 0.1 pixels of repeated measurement accuracy can be achieved.
