摘要
在回顾国内外人力资源管理外包风险研究文献的基础上,归纳总结了人力资源管理外包风险的主要来源。构建了企业人力资源管理外包风险评价指标体系,并利用熵权法确定指标的客观权重、利用层次分析法确定指标的主观权重,再通过权重拟合得到评价指标的综合权重。最后,利用模糊综合评价法,通过实例说明了进行企业人力资源管理外包风险评价的实施步骤。
On the basis of reviewing the research literature on the risk of human resource management outsourcing, this paper summarizes the sources of risk of human resource management outsourcing. And it establishes the evaluation index system of enterprise's human resource management outsourcing risk,and determines the integrated weights of the evaluation indexes through the weight fit between the objective weights obtained by the entropy method and the subjective weights obtained by the analytic hierarchy process. Finally,it demonstrates the step of evaluating the risk of enterprise's human resource management outsourcing by the furry comprehensive evaluation method.
