摘要
人力资源外包已成为当今企业界的潮流。本文介绍了人力资源外包的概念,指出人力资源外包存在的风险有可能使企业产生损失,最后就如何规避人力资源外包风险提出了几点建议。
Manpower outsourcing has become a tideway of the current world. In this paper introduced about its concept, pointed out that its risks could make the enterprises to loss profits, and finally come up with some suggestions on how to shun the risks of it.
