摘要
文章基于惠斯通电桥测量扭矩的原理,提出了一种无线数显扭矩扳手的软硬件实现方法。在硬件方面,以低功耗,低成本和便携为选型原则,比较选择了关键元器件的种类和型号,其中单片机选择MSP430FG439,LCD芯片选择SMG12864G2,无线传输芯片选择CC2430。在软件方面,介绍了扭矩扳手的工作流程,并给出了扭矩信号的滤波与校准算法。最后对开发的无线数显扭矩扳手进行了实验验证,试验结果表明该扭矩扳手的测量精度达到±1.1%。
The paper proposed, an implementation of hardware and software for a wireless digital torque wrench based on the principle of Wheatstone bridge for measuring torque. For the torque wrench's hardware, the type selective principles are low-energy, low-cost and portability applied for the type and model of key components . Thus MSP430FG439 is selected for micro control unit, CC2430 for wireless transmission chip, and SMG12864G2 for LCD chip. For the torque wrench's software, the workflow of the torque wrench was described, and the signal filtering and calibration algorithm were explained. Finally, the developed torque wrench was verified by a serious of experiments. Experimental results show that the accuracy of the torque wrench is + 1.1%.
