摘要
本文提出了一种基于CPLD与MCU的高精度多功能数据采集系统的新方法。该系统利用AD7656可以实现模拟量的多通道同步采样或多通道异步采样,其中CPLD完成对增量式光电编码器信号的读取和处理,使用MCU对A/D转换进行控制,以及CPLD处理结果的数据读取。通过实际测试结果表明,所设计的基于MCU与CPLD的多通道数据采集系统,能够准确有效地进行A/D数据和编码器数字信号的采集,并利用CAN总线输出。
This article proposed one kind of new method to design a high accuracy multi-purpose data acquisition system based on CPLD and MCU. This system may realize multichannel synchronization or asynchronous analog sampling using AD7656, among them, CPLD completes to read and process the signal of increamental optical-electrical encoder, useing MCU to carry on the control for A/D transformation, as well as reading CPLD processing result data. The actual test results indicate that this design with high accuracy and multi-purpose data acquisition system can carry on sampling A/D data and digital signal of encoder accurately and effectively, also can export data with CAN bus.
