摘要
在前期研究的基础上,选择三种活性染料,改变染料用量,并以表面染色深度K/S值、固色效率及摩擦色牢度为染色效果评价指标,评价了经自制的阳离子改性剂WLS浸轧法改性棉织物和活性染料浸轧法染色的染色效果。结果表明,改性棉织物染色性能显著提高,获得比未改性织物有盐染色更高的K/S值,更好的干、湿摩擦色牢度,能实现活性染料无盐低碱染色,同时提高固色效率,减少染色后处理用水量,因此WLS助剂是一种有很好应用前景的阳离子改性助剂。
Based on the previous study,three kinds of reactive dyes are selected The K/S value of dyed fabric,fixation rate and colour fastness are used as indexed to evaluate the dyeing results of cotton fabrics that was first modified by padding with cationic agent WLS and then dyed by padding reactive dyes The results indicate that the dyeing property of the modified cotton is improved significantly,with higher K/S value; better d ry and wet rubbing fastness;improved colour fixation rate.and saving of water,as compared to the dyeing of unmodified cotton with salts This demonstrates that salt-free Iow alkaline dyeing with reactive dyes is realized WLS as a cationic agent has bright prospect for potential application.
