摘要
新近发现,脊髓胶质细胞活化与病理性疼痛的发生和维持密切相关,突破了人们对疼痛发生和维持的传统观念——仅有神经元参与。体内和体外研究都提示电针可干预脊髓胶质细胞活化,且抑制胶质细胞活化可协同电针镇痛作用,因此认为脊髓胶质细胞及其与神经元构建的网络系统可能成为电针镇痛研究的又一新靶点。
Recent studies have been reported that activation of spinal glial cell is associated with the initiation and maintenance of pathological pain,which are different to the traditional recognization of the generation and maintenance of pain—only neuron involved.Researches in vivo and in vitro shows that electroacupuncture(EA) can intervene the activation of spinal glial cells,moreover,inhibiting activation of glial cells synergizes EA analgesia.It is considered that spinal glial cells,in other words the neural-glial network,might be new target spot of EA analgesia research.
