摘要
文章对清末湖北名医秦子文《玲珑医鉴》抄本中以歌括呈现的中药药性及相关理论进行了一定的总结,并认为该书作者秦子文对中药基本理论不仅有独到的见解,而且补充和完善了相关用药理论,如四性分类法、五脏六腑虚实寒热引经用药等。希望通过总结秦子文对中药理论的部分认识,能够为临床用药发挥指导作用并对相关研究有所启发。
The article summarized the experience of great physician QIN Zi-wen to the traditional Chinese drug properties and correlated theory realization in Linglong Yijian transcript,and thought that the transcript＇s author QIN Zi-wen not only had original opinions to the basic theory of traditional Chinese drug,but also supplied and perfected the correlated medication theory,such as the four properties taxonomy,to guide medicine to channel according to the excess or deficiency and cold or heat of the Five-Zang and Six-Fu organs,et al.We wish it can develop instruction to clinical medication and enlighten some correlated researches by summarized the QIN Zi-wen＇s section realization to Chinese drug.
