摘要
油气管道的泄漏易引发重大的安全事故并造成巨大的经济损失,特别是我国有些地区管网运行已有30多年,发生泄漏几率很大。及时发现管道泄漏事故并作出合理的解决方案,对控制事故的发展和减少由此带来的损失有着重要的意义。利用CFD仿真软件和有限容积法借助多相流VOF模型,研究了上下两个弯头的Z形管不同漏点的复杂工况,考虑了重力的影响,对其压力场进行了数值模拟,并对不同位置漏点对泄漏的影响做出了理论分析。
Oil and gas pipeline leakage easily leads to major security incidents which can cause huge economic loss,especially in some parts of the pipe network in China which has run for over 30 years,leakage probability is bigger.Timely detection of pipeline leakage and making a reasonable solution are significant for the control of accidents.In this paper,using CFD simulation software and the finite volume method,complex conditions of Z-shaped tube leakage in different locations were studied with multiphase VOF model.Taking into account the effect of gravity,numerical simulation of the pressure field was carried out,and effect of different leakage locations on the leakage was analyzed.
