摘要
管道是石油化工领域内输送的基本单位,输油管道泄漏不仅会造成巨大损失,还会造成严重的环境污染。对输油管道泄漏模拟研究发现,无泄漏口时,原油在管道中的压力、速度和紊动能分布基本平稳。有泄漏口时,压力和紊动能在泄漏点处最大,速度先减小后升高。模拟得出输油管路泄漏点的规律能够为实际安全生产和应急抢险提供较好的参考依据。
Pipeline is a basic unit in the petrochemicals transportation. The leaking in oil pipelines will not only cause losing and greatness waste, but also bring serious pollution. By analyzing the result of the numerical simulation. , pressure, velocity, foul--up kinetic energy are distributing symmetry in the pipe under the condition of the no leaking. While the leaking hole existing, maximum pressure, maximum foul--up kinetic energy are around the leaking hole. The velocity would be minished and then hoisted. Some results of the research may give referrence to secure work and rush to deal with an emergency.
