摘要
文章以《酒店管理概论》课程为例,通过将OBE教育理念导入该门课程,从而构建出一套从学生的角度来安排教学内容,并有效评价学生学习成果的课程模式,从而促进该门课程形成一种教—学—评的良性循环机制,为提升课程教学质量和学校人才培养质量发挥绵薄之力。
The article takes the hotel management generality course as an example, according to the application of OutcomeBased - Education concept in this course, and then builds an evaluation model of the course which could help the teacher arranges the teaching contents based on the students and evaluate students＇ learning outcomes effectively.
