摘要
报道1例原发性卵巢鳞癌二次姑息手术后乙状结肠及腹腔淋巴结多发转移,经氩氦刀冷冻消融加手术治疗,去除了转移病变,随访14月未见复发征象。并结合最近文献进行讨论分析。
We present a case of a 56-year-old woman with stage III pure primary ovarian squamous cell carcinoma who was underwent total abdominal hysterectomy,bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy,omentec-tomy,partial small bowel resection with anastomosis on May 2008.She was found metastases on sigmoid colon and celiac lymph nodes on August 2008 and was treated with Cryo-assisted operation to removed the metastases on December 2008.She has remained cancer-free for 14 months.
