摘要
目的 研究血管活性剂对肿瘤血流动力学的改变,探讨其对占位性病变的诊断作用。方法 Wistar 大鼠8 只,腋下种植 Warker256 癌肉瘤。皮下注射阿拉明0 .05 m g ,注射前后彩色多普勒超声对照检查肿瘤内血管长短、多少、粗细,血管连续性及血管血流动力学改变。观察结束后,腹腔注射哌唑嗪2 .5 μg ,5 min 后再次观察、测量肿瘤血流改变。血流动力学指标行t 检验。家兔3 只,腹腔先后注射阿拉明及哌唑嗪,注射前后彩色多普勒超声对照检查股动脉的血流动力学改变。结果 注射阿拉明后,大鼠瘤内彩色血流较注射前明显增多,流道增粗、增长,血流呈连续性,注药前后动脉收缩期峰值流速(PSV) 各为0 .06 ~0 .20 m/s 和0 .13 ~0 .43 m/s( P = 0 .09) ,舒张期末流速(EDV) 各为0 ~0 .07 m/s 和0 .03 ~0 .10 m/s( P = 0 .02) ,阻力指数( RI) 各为0 .60 ~1 .00 和0 .52 ~0 .85( P = 0 .04) ,静脉易检出,流速增快。注射哌唑嗪后,瘤内彩色血流明显较前减少,流道变细、缩短,血流欠连续,注射前后动脉PSV 分别为0 .13 ~0 .43 m /s 和0 .07
Objective To study modification of tumor vascular hemodynamics after using vasoconstrictor and vasodilator in order to differentiate space occupying lesions.Methods CDFI examination was taken before and after subcutaneous injection of 0.05 mg metaraminol bitartrate and intraabdominal cavity injection of 2.5 μg prazosini hydrochloridi in 8 Wistar mice with Warker 256 tumor beneath dermis and 3 normal rabbits.The length,quantity,continuation of tumor blood flow and hemodynamic indices were compared.Hemodynamic indices were compared using t test. Results Blood flow increased significantly after inj.of metaraminol bitartrate,color flow widened and lengthened,continuation increased.Before and after inj ection PSV was 0.06 ~ 0.20 m/s, 0.13 ~ 0.43 m/s(P= 0.09 ),EDV was 0~ 0.07 m/s, 0.03 ~ 0.10 m/s (P= 0.02 );RI was 0.60 ~ 1.0 , 0.52 ~ 0.85 (P= 0.04 ) respectively.Vein was more easily detected,velocity of vein increased.After injection of prazosini hydrochloridi,blood flow decreased significantly,color flow thickened and shortened and became incontinuous.Before and after inj ection PSV was 0.13 ~ 0.43 m/s, 0.07 ~ 0.43 m/s (P= 0.95 );EDV was 0.03 ~ 0.10 m/s,0~ 0.10 m/s(P= 0.004 );RI was 0.52 ~ 0.85 , 0.65 ~ 1.00 (P= 0.0009 ) respectively.Vein was invisible.Change in fermol artery of normal rabbits was different from tumor′s.Conclusions Vasoactivator can change tumor blood flow and change hemodynamics and it can be used in tumor hemodynamic study.
