摘要
介绍了几种汽轮发电机组振动监测故障诊断系统(TDM系统)的功能、组成和实现方式,并简单论述了各TDM系统的优缺点。现场应用表明:TDM系统对机组的振动监测能减少机组停机次数,提高设备的可用率,降低发电成本。
The function, composition and implementation of some turbine-generator vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis systems （TDM system） have been introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of different TDM systems have simply been evaluated. Field application shows that the vibration monitoring function of TDM system may help to reduce the times of unit shutdown, and accordingly increase the unit efficiency and lower the power generation cost.
