振动是汽轮发电机组运行中最常见的主要故障之一。对振动情况进行在线监测与故障诊断成为普遍的需要,各发电集团搭建的生产信息网为远程监测与故障诊断提供了平台。介绍了一种基于网络的汽轮发电机组远程振动监测与故障诊断系统,围绕数据流程和系统结构图,分析了该系统的基本构成及实施方案。该系统是集现场振动数据采集、网络通讯、状态监测、故障诊断和计算机网络等先进技术于一体的远程监测诊断系统,具有广阔的应用前景。
Vibration is one of the mostly familiar faults in turbo-generator sets running. Monitoring and diagnosing the vibration fault becomes a common request. The production information network set up by each power group provides groundwork for the remote vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system. A vibration remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system of turbo-generator is introduced. Centering on the data flow and system construction, all aspects of the system architecture and implementations are analyzed. The network system is a synthetic monitoring and diagnosis system, integrated with multiple advanced techniques for data acquisition, network communication, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and networks (including intranet and intemet). The system is of wide application foreground.
