摘要
为了解决传统单机监测系统和目前的远程监测与诊断系统中存在的信号传输和处理实时性差等问题,提出采用中间件技术构建分布式远程监测与诊断系统。这种远程监测与诊断系统克服了以往监测系统存在的弊端,对保障流程工业企业的安全长周期稳定运转提供了保障。介绍了该系统的基本构成、主要功能、实现方法以及应用实例。
To solve the problems of poor signal transmission and poor real-time capacity of its processing existed in traditional single PC monitoring system and present available remote monitoring and diagnosis system, it is proposed that technology of middleware is used to build a distributed-remote-monitoring and diagnosis system (DRMDS). The basic structure, major functions, method for implementation and examples for application are introduced. The DRMDS overcomes the shortcomings existed in the old monitoring system, and can ensure safe and long period of operation of flow industrial enterprises.
