胰岛素泵两种不同给药方式治疗2型糖尿病的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分别采用胰岛素泵(CSⅡ)餐时大剂量结合基础率方式给药和只用基础率方式给药两种方法强化治疗2型糖尿病,评价其临床疗效。方法:将100例2型糖尿病患者随机分为餐前大剂量结合基础率方式给药组50例、只用基础率方式给药组50例,均连续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后比较二者血糖控制情况、达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率等。结果:两种不同给药方式治疗2型糖尿病在血糖控制情况、达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率等比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胰岛素泵两种不同给药方式治疗2型糖尿病疗效相当。 Objective Using insulin pump ( CS II ) meal of large dose of combining basic rate for drug administration and using only the base rate for drug administration in intensive treatment of type 2 diabetes, to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Method Total 100 patients of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into high- dose before meal based rate medication group of 50 cases ,only the base rate medication group of 50 cases ,treated continuously for 2 weeks. Comparison of the 2 groups before and after treatment were compared between the two types of glyeemic control, standard time,dosage of insulin, the rate of hypoglycemia. Results Two kinds of different delivery ways of treat- ment of type 2 diabetes in glycemic control, standard time, dosage of insulin, the rate of hypoglycemia and no significant differ- ence. Conclusion Two different insulin pump administration methods treating type 2 diabetes mellitus shows sicilar effects.
