摘要
目的观察依地酸钙钠(EDTA)、丹参注射液、小剂量强的松治疗系统性硬化症(SSc)的疗效及安全性。方法对32例SSc患者进行EDTA1.0g静滴,1次/d,连用5d后停用2d,再静滴5d为一疗程,每1个月重复一10~次1,5共mg4/次d维;丹持参。注治射疗液前3后0对ml患静者滴皮,1肤次紧/d硬;强改的变松进0行.5自m我g/评(kg价·d和),改分良2次Ro口dn服an,评1个分月,对后炎或症症指状标改血善沉后(逐ES渐R)减、C量反,应蛋白(CRP)进行比较。结果除1例因不良反应未完成整个疗程外,其余患者自我评价的总有效率为87.10%。改良Rodnan评分为治疗前(22.48±9.02)分,治疗后(11.26±5.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。ESR、CRP较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。不良反应发生率为6.25%。结论 EDTA、丹参注射液联合小剂量强的松治疗SSc能较快地、显著地改善SSc的皮肤紧硬症状及炎症指标,且不良反应较少。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of calcium disodium ethyl C acid (EDTA), Danshen injection, low-dose prednisone in the treatment of systemic sclerosis (SSc). Methods 32 patients with SSc were treated by the combination of EDTA, Danshen injection and prednisone. EDTA (1 g) were given by intravenous infusion once daily for 12 days with an interval of 2 days, once a month for four times, Danshen injection (30 ml) were given by intravenous infusion once daily, and prednisone [0.5 mg/(kg, d)] were given oraUy twice daily, with gradual reduction to 10-15 mg/d after 1 month or symptom improvement. Changes in the skin tightness were evaluated using self-evaluation and the modified Rodnan score. Erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) and C-reaction protein (CRP) were investigated. Results 31 of the 32 patients finished the treatment. The total effective rate evaluated by patients themselves was 87.10%. The modified Rodnan score after treatment was (11.26±5.28), significantly lower than that before treatment (22.48±9.02), P〈0.01. The levels of ESR, CILP were significantly decreased after treatment (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.25%. Conclusion The treatment of SSe by EDTA, Danshen injection in combination with low-dose prednisone can quickly and significantly improve the symptoms of skin tightness and inflammatory indices, with fewer adverse reactions.
