摘要
目的探讨应用SimMan综合模拟人对青年教师进行医学模拟技术培训的效果及可行性。方法运用SimMan综合模拟人对58名青年教师进行《基础生命支持及高级心血管生命支持》实训教学。采用自行设计的问卷调查学员对新方法的评价。结果 100%学员认为此方法调动了学员积极性,活跃了课堂气氛;94.8%的学员认为培养了团队协作精神;93.1%的学员认为有助于培养综合判断能力;89.7%的学员认为有助于培养临床思维能力。100%学员愿意将学到的知识技能运用到实际授课中。结论运用SimMan综合模拟人进行青年教师培训有利于提高教师的综合能力。
Objective To explore the application method and effect of SimMan patient simulator in the training of young teachers.Methods SimMan patient simulator was used in the training of Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support among 58 young teachers.The effect was evaluated by a self-designed questionnaire.Results The trainees thought that using SimMan patient simulator had motivated their learning positivity and activate class atmosphere(100 percent),cultivated their team spirit(94.8 percent),enhanced their critical thinking abilities(93.1 percent) and improved their clinical thinking abilities(89.7 percent).All the trainees were willing to apply the knowledge and skills learning from the training to teaching practice.Conclusion Applying SimMan patient simulator in the training of young teachers can improve their comprehensive abilities.
