摘要 针对利港电力有限公司三、四期600 MW机组3号低压加热器出现的疏水异常问题,对其危害性及问题产生的原因进行了分析,找到了问题产生的原因是疏水管道布置不够科学,以及运行中加热器水位没有合理控制,对运行中加热器水位调整控制后,低加疏水系统运行基本稳定。并提出下一步重新布置管路的改进方案。 Focusing on the drainage issues which occurred in #3 low pressure heaters of 3rd and 4th 600 MW power plant,this paper analyzes the damage as well as the relevant causes in detail.The analysis results show that the main reason is that the drainage pipes have not been reasonably arranged and the water level in the heater has also not been effectively controlled.After adjustments are implemented,a stable low pressure heater drainage system has been constructed.The further reform scheme aiming at a more reasonable arrangement is also proposed.
