摘要
对液压系统传动噪声的形成进行了简要说明,同时对传动噪声源及影响因素做了较为简要的分析和探讨。在此基础上结合工程实际与经验,针对液压传动装置在工作中常出现的振动与噪声问题,提出了相应的控制方法和策略,以其在实际应用中预防各组成部分的振动引起的噪声。
The paper briefly explains the form of hydraulic system transmission noise, and roughly analyses the source of transmission noise and influencing factors. On this basis, combining with the engineering practice and experiences, the paper puts forward the corresponding control methods and strategies toward to the problems of vibration and noise in the work of hydraulic transmission, and puts forward the noise caused by preventing the vibration of each component in practical applications.
