摘要
为降低柱塞马达的噪声,提升液压系统的稳定性,针对斜轴式柱塞马达的外壳进行了振动和噪声特性分析。首先对马达的内部激振源和振动传递路径进行分析,然后在ANSYS中对外壳依次进行模态分析、谐响应分析,获得对外壳结构动态性能影响最大的模态频率及工作时结构振动剧烈的区域,最后在半消声实验室对斜轴式柱塞马达进行噪声测试,验证了仿真结果的准确性。研究结论为斜轴式柱塞马达的减振降噪技术提供了新思路。
In order to reduce the noise of the bent-axis piston motor and improve the stability of the hydraulic system,this paper analyzes the vibration and noise characteristics of the plunger motor shell.Firstly,the internal excitation source and vibration transmission path of the motor were analyzed.Then,to determine the modal frequency that has the greatest impact on the dynamic performance of the shell structure and the area where the structural vibration is severe during operation,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis are sequentially performed on the shell in ANSYS.Finally,noise experiments were conducted on the plunger motor in a semi-anechoic chamber to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.The research conclusion provides a new idea for the vibration and noise reduction technology of the plunger motor.
