Relationship between serum fetuin A level with macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes

摘要 目的探讨胎球蛋白A(AHSG)在2型糖尿病大血管并发症中的可能作用,为预防和治疗糖尿病(DM)大血管并发症提供理论依据。方法分别收集30例2型糖尿病大血管病变患者(DMM组)、38例2型糖尿病无大血管病变患者(DMN组)和30例健康对照组(C组)为研究对象;采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定各组血清AH-SG水平。结果 DMM组、DMN组的血清AHSG浓度均较健康对照组明显升高,其中DMM组升高更明显(P<0.01);随着血清AHSG浓度升高,糖尿病伴发大血管病变发生率逐渐增加,二者呈正相关(P<0.01);血清AHSG浓度是独立的大血管病变预测因素(P<0.01),病程、高血压与大血管病变呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清AH-SG可能参与了糖尿病大血管并发症的形成和发展。 Objective To observe the possible role of serum fetuin A(AHSG) in diabetic macrovascular complications and to explore it′s effects on prevention and therapy of macrovascular complications.Methods 98 subjects were recruited and divided into three groups:30 cases of diabetic macrovascular complication(DMM group),38 cases of diabetes millitus without macrovascular complication(DMN group)and 30 normal control subjects(C group).Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the serum AHSG levels of all groups.Results Compared with the control group,the serum AHSG levels in DMM and DMN group were markedly increased,and the AHSG level of DMM group was higher than that of DMN group(P<0.01).As the AHSG′ s concentration increase,the incidence of complications was increased accordingly(P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression analysis also revealed that the AHSG levels were positively related to the presence of macrovascular disease independent of other known risk factors(P<0.01),while the duration of disease and hypertention were positive correlated with macrovascular disease(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum AHSG may involve in the pathogenesis and development of diatetic macrovascular complication.
