摘要
采用现场试验、数据统计、电镜扫描等方法对钢板边部黑线裂纹进行了研究,认为边部黑线裂纹形成的主要原因是钢板在轧制过程中发生单鼓变形造成的,最有效的技术措施是控制合理的轧机压下量。
Through adopting field experiment,data statistics and electron microscope scanning and so on means investigates the margin black line crackle of steel plate.The results show that,the main reason of taking shape the margin black line crack is plate single drum distorting during rolling process.The most valid technical measures are to control the appropriate rolling quantity.
