摘要
对生物技术综合设计性实验的特点、实施方法、教学效果等进行了系统的总结与分析。实践表明,生物技术综合大实验提高了学生对专业文献资料获取的能力,培养了学生在科研工作中严谨的作风以及独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,激发了学生对实验知识及实验技能的学习兴趣和参与实践的积极性,是培养学生综合素质和创新能力的有效途径。
The characteristics, implementing measures, teaching effects of biotechnological comprehensive experiment were systematically summarized and analyzed. The practice showed that biotechnological comprehensive experiment improved the student' s capability of data collection, cultivated the skills of independent analysis of issues, problem-solving and rigorous attitude for research, stimulated the leaming inter- ests in the experimental skill and the enthusiasm of taking part in practice. It is an effective way to develop students' all-round quality and creative ability.
