摘要
分析了我国蜂产品行业质量管理和食品安全现状,并根据食品安全管理体系的发展历史和特点,提出蜂产品企业应建立并有效实施ISO 22000食品安全管理体系。最后,给出了建议和对策。
The quality management and food security status of bee product industry in China were analyzed. According to the development history and characteristics of food safety management system, it was put forward that bee product enterprises should establish and implement ISO 22000 food safety management system, several countermeasures were put forward.
