摘要
目的研究高支模支撑体系的整体稳定性能,为《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》的修订提供参考依据.方法对高支模支撑体系现场加载,测试高支模支架体系的侧向位移、立杆的轴力、剪刀撑的承载力、水平拉杆的承载力等,研究高支模支架体系整体稳定性能.结果架体加载过程中,架体南北方向的侧移不大,在5 mm范围内波动,说明对称加载(竖向荷载)对架体的侧移影响不大.架体顶部立杆实测轴力要比规范中的轴力计算值小,架体整体侧移小,整体性比较好,理论计算偏于安全.结论按照目前的《建筑施工模板安全技术规范》要求搭设高支模支撑体系,安全性能可以得到保证.合理的设置水平剪刀撑和竖向剪刀撑可以较大增加高支模支架的整体承载力.
The overall stability of high-formwork-support system was designedly studied to provide the basis for the revision of the construction safety technical specification of template(JGJ 162-2008).By building up a high modulus model for high-formwork-support system field loading to measure the lateral displacement of high modulus support system,the axial force of the rob the bearing capacity of scissors hold and level rob and so on,we research of the bearing capacity of high formwork stents system overall stability.In a symmetrical vertical load,the sideward movement of the frame body in the south and north is tiny ranging in 5mm.Consequently,the symmetrically loading has a little influence to the displacement.In addition,stem measured axial force of the top of frame body is smaller than the standard data,the flank move of the whole body is small and frame body integrity tends better,leading to a safety theoretical calculation.Setting a high movement support system in the accordance with the current construction template safety technical specification requirements,the safety performance will be ensured exactly.And reasonable installing the level and vertical support of scissors under scissors braces could increase the overall capacity of high formwork stents considerably.
