摘要
本文主要针对拉挤工艺用耐高温环氧树脂,研究了不同耐高温环氧树脂体系的固化动力学,对树脂体系进行了不同组份配比的试验,得到了最佳树脂配方,获得了适合拉挤工艺的树脂体系以及固化工艺温度。研究内容主要包括树脂配方的确定及优化以及复合材料的动态机械性能测试。研究结果为今后碳纤维电缆芯制造用环氧树脂及其配方提供了研究基础。
This paper concerns on the study of the thermostable epoxy resin for pultrusion process and the glass fiber reinforcement pultrusion composite core.It researches on the curing kinetics of the different thermostable epoxy resin systems,and obtains the most appropriate resin system for pultrusion and the curing process temperatures of this system.Then it studies the system by changing the ratio of different components,and defines the best formula of this system.The study includes the identification and optimization of resin formulations and dynamic mechanical tests of composite cable core.And the results can be used as a basic method to produce carbon/glass hybrid fiber reinforced composite cable core.
