摘要
为了在发生核事故后能第一时间分析计算得到事故发生地周围所受剂量,给出应急行动计划,最大程度地减少事故所造成的损失而开发该核事故评价系统。该文主要介绍了该系统流程、功能结构设计和关键技术,实现了基于J2EE框架和利用地理信息系统(GIS)技术的核事故评价系统。以浙江宁德核电一期工程项目为实例,验证了系统的正确性和有效性。
We want to be first time to analyze the dose received by people around the Nuclear power plant and make the emergency action plan, so that it make the loss less. This paper mainly introduce the process, functional design and key technologies about the evaluation system for nuclear accident. Based on the J2EE and Geographic Information System, we have finish this system for ning de plant, and verify the correctness and effectiveness.
