摘要
针对当前核应急指挥支持系统应用需求,开发了一种新型智能压水堆核电厂应急指挥支持系统,构建了三个智能化新模型:应急行动水平(EAL)智能辅助决策模型、技术支持组(TSC)评估智能辅助决策模型、严重事故管理(SAMG)智能辅助计算与决策模型,用于提升行动决策速度和系统的智能化水平。最后,针对未来应急指挥支持系统智能化发展的方向,提出了四个问题及建议,供业内进一步探讨和研究。
Aiming at the application requirements of the current nuclear emergency command support system,a new type of intelligent emergency command support system for PWR nuclear power plant is developed,and three new intelligent models are constructed:emergency action level(EAL)intelligent decision support model,technical support group(TSC)evaluation intelligent decision support model,and severe accident management(SAMG)intelligent calculation and decision support model,which are used to improve the action decision speed and the intelligent level of the system.Finally,four questions and suggestions are put forward for further discussion and research in nuclear industry according to the development direction of intelligent emergency command support system in the future.
