摘要
目的检测吉林女性人群GSTM1及CYP2E1 PstⅠ基因多态性,为研究这两个基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性的关系提供基础。方法用PCR直接和PCR-RFLP检测吉林正常女性人群GSTM1和CYP2E1 PstⅠ基因型。结果共检测107例正常女性GSTM1和CYP2E1 PstⅠ基因型,其中GSTM1非缺失型54例,占总数的50.47%;GSTM1缺失型53例,占总数的49.53%;而CYP2E1 PstⅠ野生型67例,占总数的62.62%;杂合型29例,占总数的27.10%;突变型11例,占总数的10.28%。结论 GSTM1和CYP2E1 PstⅠ基因型的研究为后续这两个基因多态性与乳腺癌易感性关系的研究提供了有力的数据。
Objective To detect genetic polymorphism of GSM1 and CYP2E1 PstⅠto lay foundation for studying relationship between polymorphism of these two genes and susceptibility of breast cancer.Methods Direct PCR and PCR-RFLP were used to detect genotypes of GSTM1 and CYP2E1 PstⅠin Jilin women.Results In total 107 normal women whose genotypes of GSTM1 and CYP2E1 PstⅠwere detected,54 were GSTM1 non-null genotypes,accounting for 50.47%;53 were GSTM1 null genotypes,accounting for 49.53%;67 CYP2E1 PstⅠwild genotypes,accounting for 62.62%;29 CYP2E1 PstⅠ hetero genotypes,accounting for 27.10%,and 11 CYP2E1 PstⅠmutant genotypes,accounting for 10.28%.Conclusion The study of GSTM1 and CYP2E1 PstⅠgenotypes could provide powerful data for future study of the relationship between polymorphisms of these two genes and the susceptibility of breast cancer.
