摘要
本文报告了我院30年间经活检证实的 1332例恶性淋巴瘤,其中男性占70％,女性29％;年龄最大 83岁,最小20个月。HD 305例,NHL 972例,不能分类者 55例。ML在我省 60、70、80年代间的增长速度是 3倍和 1.5焙,发病年龄高峰也早于国内大宗报道的 10年,而且结外ML的比例偏高。
1332 cases of malignant lymphoma were collected in our hospital in 30 years (during 1961-1991). There were 70% males and 29% females. The age of the patients ranged from 20 months to 83 years. 305 cases were HD. 972 cases NHL. 55 cases unclassified. The velocity of increase of malignant lymphoma during the sixties, the seventies and the eighties in Jilin provinces was 3 and 1. 5 times, respectively. The age peak was less than the literatures by 10 years, and the incidence of extranodal lymphoma is higher.
