摘要
从多个角度论述了个体犯罪被害预防的理论基础:趋利避害的本能是其人性基础;人的安全需要作为其心理学基础使个体犯罪被害预防成为可能;作为政治学基础的国家对公民的信任使个体犯罪被害预防得以有效开展;犯罪动机的形成理论、理性选择理论、日常活动理论及责任公民理论等作为其犯罪学基础充分论证了个体犯罪被害预防的必要性与可行性;个体犯罪被害预防的基本方法消除被害性因素契合了中国传统文化的和谐精神。
This article analyzes the theoretical basis of individual victimization prevention from such perspectives： instinct of seeking advantages and avoiding harm is human nature;human security should be regarded as psychological basis to make individual victimization prevention possible;the trust of government which has political basis makes individual victimization prevention carry out effectively;crime motive formation theory,rational choice theory,routine activity theory and citizen responsibility theory,fully demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of individual victimization prevention;eliminating victim factors by individual victimization prevention basic methods fits harmony spirit of Chinese traditional culture.
