摘要
目前北部湾海洋产业依然处于低水平徘徊阶段,竞争力不强,而海洋产业提升的关键在于对现有产业的转型升级。通过对北部湾经济区海洋产业转型现状的分析,指出目前海洋产业转型之中存在的问题,分析北部湾经济区沿海四市海洋产业转型的途径,最后提出了以地方经济特色为中心的转型思路,从海洋服务业、海洋产业平台、海陆一体化、海洋投资、市场一体化、海洋产业人才、海洋科技与创新、海洋合作等角度对海洋就产业转型升级的对策建议。
The marine industry in the Beibu Gulf is still hovering at a low of level currently and uncompetitive, and the transformation and upgrading the enhancement of the marine industry. The paper of existing marine industries is the key to analyses the status of transformation of marine industry in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, and points out the existing problems in the transformation of marine industry, and analyses the method of marine industrial restructuring of our coastal cities in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, finally proposes the transformation of ideas based on the local economy as the central feature,and countermeasures and suggestions on the transformation and upgrading of marine industry from marine services, marine industry platform, integration of land and sea, marine industry platform, marine investment, market integration, marine industry professionals, marine science and technology and innovation, cooperation and other marine perspectives.
