摘要
介绍数据挖掘技术应用到商场CRM中,运用多种数据挖掘技术发掘出潜在的高价值客户,预测其购买行为。通过聚类分析、差异分析等数据挖掘技术处理,从而帮助商场更好的了解客户消费需求热点,提高商场核心竞争力。
This paper introduces data mining being applied to shopping center CRM,and various kinds of data mining technologies are used to find out the potential clients and predict their purchasing behaviors.Data mining technologies like cluster analysis and variation analysis help shopping centers to better understand client behaviors and enhance their core competitiveness.
