前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术治疗薄角膜中低度近视的安全性及有效性

摘要 目的观察采用OUP-SBK刀头前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)治疗薄角膜(中央角膜厚度<500μm)中低度近视的安全性及有效性。方法 SBK治疗中低度近视后半年及1年进行随访,对比术前薄角膜与正常角膜厚度患者术后屈光度、视力、角膜地形图。结果薄角膜组34例65眼,正常角膜厚度组52例104眼。两组术后随访均未见圆锥角膜病例。两组最佳矫正视力、裸眼视力、屈光度、平均表面规则指数和平均表面非对称指数比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论 SBK治疗薄角膜中低度近视安全、疗效稳定,未见圆锥角膜等并发症。
