临床路径在十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血的应用

摘要 目的通过对十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血临床路径实施情况的分析,评价临床路径应用于临床的实际效果。方法对94例十二指肠球部溃疡伴出血患者进行回顾性分析,对临床路径组(观察组)和非临床路径组(对照组)患者进行比较,观察患者临床疗效、平均住院日及人均住院费用等情况。结果有1例患者出临床路径,为老年患者出血后出现心力衰竭。观察组住院天数、住院费用均少于对照组(均<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组(<0.05)。结论应用临床路径可改善医疗质量,可在临床中推广应用。
