摘要 高迁移率族蛋白B1（high mobility group protein B1,HMGB1）为高迁移率族蛋白（HMG）家族成员之一,因在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）中能够高迁移能力而得名。广泛表达于多种组织细胞,能够调节基因转录、稳固胞核结构以及释放具有炎症介质功能的核蛋白,
