摘要
高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是一种高度保守的核内非组蛋白,目前认为其作为晚期炎症介质在全身炎症反应过程中起关键作用。可由致病因素引发细胞被动释放或损伤、凋亡和坏死细胞主动分泌而产生。HMGB1可以在真核细胞坏死过程中被释放到细胞外。炎症与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关,如在发生心肌梗死后,介导各种炎症介质释放包括补体系统激活。而一种促炎性细胞因子HMGB1的主要作用为激活免疫性活细胞如促单核细胞转变巨噬细胞和相关细胞坏死、损伤。因此,近年在心血管领域HMGB1已取得较大的进展,本文将对其相关内容进行综述。
High mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)is a highly conserved intranuclear non-histone,which is currently considered to play a key role in the systemic inflammatory response as a late inflammatory mediator.It can be caused by pathogenic factors,such as passive release or injury of cells,apoptosis and active secretion of necrotic cells.HMGB1 can be released outside the cell during eukaryotic necrosis.Inflammation is closely related to the development of cardiovascular disease,such as the release of various inflammatory mediators including complement system activation after myocardial infarction.HMGB1 acts as a pro-inflammatory cytokine that activates immune cells,including promoting the conversion of monocytes to macrophages and related cell necrosis and damage.Therefore,HMGB1 has made great progress in the cardiovascular field in recent years,and this article will review its related content.
