摘要
"校企合作、工学结合"研究的核心目的是使国内旅游院校更新专业教育理念,为业界量身打造优秀的职业经理人。高校在培养酒店管理人才方面承担着十分重要的使命,但在目前教育模式下为饭店业培养的饭店管理人才中,甘心留在业界工作的甚少,高学历员工在旅游业和酒店业中严重流失,致使旅游与酒店业中高级管理人才十分匮乏。纵观国内高端酒店市场,核心管理人才依然是以外聘为主,而来自跨国饭店管理集团的外籍管理者几乎全部接受过正规的酒店管理专业教育,这引起我们的深思,中国高校的酒店管理专业教育模式必须汲取西方先进的教育理念,探索"校企合作、工学结合"的教改模式。
The means of "school-enterprise cooperation, work-integrated learning" is appealing to domestic tourism colleges to improve and innovate the education pattern of Hotel Management Profession, trying to change the disjointed phenomenon of sup- plies and demands, and cultivating qualified talents who are appropriate for demand of hotel industry. This article uses qualitative and quantitative methods and makes a comparison to realize the disjointedness of the demands of hotel talents and the supplies of tourism college students, through designing questionnaires and collecting a large amount oI data. Higher education plays a direct, significant and vital role in cultivating qualified hotel management talents. Although domestic tourism colleges cultivate a lot of hotel management talents and deliver them to different hotels every year, the amount of college students who would llke to work in hotels is tewer that is,for hotels, the loss phenomenon of students~ employees is very serious, and hotels are extremely lack of senior managers. This is the "sadness" and "crisis" of China hotel industry. At present, taking a wide view of domestic high business hotel market, the hotels of the international hotel management groups account for a considerable percent, and core managers are still mostly foreigner management talents who accept normal high education of hotel management profession. This reminds us to take a deep consideration: the education of China hotel management profession must be connected with the world, and carry out the innovation of education strategy that is, the "school-enterprise cooperation, work-integrated learning" culti- vation pattern.
