摘要
居委会调动社区居民参与的策略是动员式参与。在动员式参与之下,由于政治动员的路径依赖导致居委会和社区居民的主体性都没有有效地发挥。社区居民的参与呈现为主体的脱域状况,有效改善主体脱域状况的手段,是加强居委会主体性、社区居民主体性和外在环境的建设。
The strategy that the residents＇ committee mobilizes the community residents＇ participation level is the mobilized-participation.The external events are the starting point,followed by formulating participation rules,mobilizing and actual participation finally.In the mobilized-participation process,community residents＇ participation condition presents as the main bodys＇ disembeding.The main bodys＇ desembeding is caused by the route-dependence of the political mobilization which does not make the subjectivities of both the residents＇ committee and community residents play effectively.So the measure improving the mobilized-participation situation is strengthening residents＇ committee＇s subjectivity and community residents＇ subjectivity,and building the external environment.
